By using the Termsify marketing website (termsify.com / www) or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Marketing Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What this site is

This site provides information about Termsify and a waitlist for launch updates. It is not the full Termsify marketplace. Joining the waitlist does not create a marketplace account, does not publish a Posting, and does not form a real-estate transaction.

3. Platform role (summary)

Termsify’s product is designed for discovery, filtering, and introductions around seller-stated purchase terms. Termsify is not a real-estate broker, mortgage lender, or closing/settlement agent. See Platform role blurb. Detailed brokerage / agency / mortgage / advisory boundaries remain counsel-open and are not decided by this draft.

Termsify is a marketplace for discovering properties with flexible, seller-stated purchase terms, and for introductions when interest is mutual. We are not a real-estate broker, mortgage lender, or closing agent. Transaction documents, financing, and closing stay with you and the professionals you choose.

Marketing content is general information. It is not legal, tax, lending, brokerage, or investment advice. Consult your own professionals.

5. Accuracy and forward-looking statements

We aim for clear, honest information (including Idaho / Boise-first launch focus). Features, timing, and availability may change. We do not guarantee launch dates, geographic availability, or marketplace outcomes. We do not invent testimonials or overclaim product screenshots.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (including harmful scraping, unauthorized access, false contact information, or spam). We may suspend access for abuse.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials are owned by Termsify or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse except as allowed by law or written permission.

Third-party links are for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

9. Disclaimers

You agree to indemnify Termsify against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
