Termsify Founding Partner Enrollment Terms

These terms govern the paid Founding Partner offer on termsify.com. Please read them before enrolling. By completing checkout and affirmatively accepting these terms, you agree to them. The Marketing Terms of Use and Marketing Privacy Policy also apply to the site; these Enrollment Terms control if they conflict about the Founding Partner offer.
1. Offer and eligibility
The first Idaho-market cohort is limited to 30 Founding Partner positions. The offer is intended for professional sellers who are at least 18 and legally able to contract. Stripe collects the enrollment payment first. Termsify then reviews eligibility. A completed payment does not by itself assign a position. If we accept the payment and later decline eligibility or do not assign a position, we refund the enrollment payment in full.
The position belongs to the enrolled holder. The holder is either the individual who claims the position or a legal entity that individual is authorized to represent. The authorized representative is the person whose identity we verify. An email address, a business name, or a registration number by itself does not prove authority to represent an entity. For an entity holder, a later change of authorized representative requires our review, and the position stays with that same entity. The position cannot move to a different individual or a different entity.
2. One-time enrollment payment
The one-time enrollment price is $2,500, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Stripe hosts the payment page and shows the total before you pay. The initial cohort is limited to 30 completed Stripe Payment Link checkouts. Opening this marketing page does not take a position, and an unfinished payment does not hold one. A position is assigned only after we review eligibility and send an enrollment confirmation.
The enrollment payment is separate from any future Professional or Professional Plus subscription. We do not start a recurring subscription or monthly charge when you enroll. After qualifying marketplace access becomes available to you, you may choose whether and when to activate an eligible subscription under the plan terms and price disclosed at that time.
3. Founding Partner benefit
While your Founding Partner benefit remains active, you receive 50% off the then-current list subscription price of either the Professional or Professional Plus plan when you activate one of those plans. The discount follows you if you switch between these two eligible plans. It applies to the plan subscription price, before applicable taxes, and does not apply to separate add-ons or transaction fees unless we expressly say otherwise. The discount is a percentage of the then-current eligible plan price, not a promise to preserve today's dollar price. It is not cash, equity, a credit against enrollment, or a guarantee of future product features.
The benefit can continue indefinitely while you maintain a qualifying Professional or Professional Plus subscription or are within an approved protected pause. It ends if you cancel or allow the qualifying subscription to lapse, including through nonpayment, other than during an approved protected pause. A later return does not reinstate the discount; public pricing applies.
4. Protected pauses
You may pause qualifying paid access for up to 12 cumulative months without losing the Founding Partner benefit. The 12 months are a total lifetime allowance, not an annual allowance that resets. To request a pause or resume access, contact legal@termsify.com. We will confirm the effective dates in writing and count only the actual time between those dates against the allowance. No recurring subscription charge begins before you choose to activate a plan after seller marketplace access is available. We will not charge for a qualifying plan during an approved pause. Once the protected allowance is exhausted, ending or failing to activate a qualifying subscription ends the discount.
5. Launch, availability, and refunds
Termsify has not promised a specific marketplace launch date or uninterrupted service. Seller marketplace access is offered to you only when your account is enabled for the live seller marketplace in the applicable launch market and Termsify notifies you that access is available. If that has not happened within 12 months after your successful enrollment payment, you may request a full refund of the $2,500 enrollment payment at legal@termsify.com. If Termsify cancels the Founding Partner program before offering you qualifying access, we will refund the enrollment payment. If payment is accepted and eligibility review declines the enrollment or does not assign a position, that enrollment payment is refunded in full. A refund ends the position and the Founding Partner benefit. Qualifying refunds are issued through Stripe.
You may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of the one-time enrollment payment if we receive your request within 48 hours after the payment confirmation timestamp shown in your receipt. No explanation is required. Request cancellation at legal@termsify.com. We will initiate a qualifying refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving your request; the payment network may take additional time to post it. A timely request qualifies even if the refund posts after the 48-hour window.
After that 48-hour period, Termsify commits the enrollment proceeds to marketing and advertising for the marketplace, and ordinary change-of-mind cancellation does not qualify for a refund. The 12-month no-access refund, the Termsify-cancellation refund, the full refund when eligibility review declines the enrollment, and any nonwaivable rights under applicable law, still apply.
6. What enrollment does not buy
Enrollment does not provide equity, a security, an investment return, guaranteed leads, buyers, transactions, sales, priority ranking, preferred search placement, special access to buyers, or a real-estate or financial service from Termsify. The proposed use of enrollment proceeds for marketing and advertising describes our present intent, not a promise to spend a fixed amount or produce a specific result. Termsify does not act as your broker, lender, closing agent, or transaction adviser through this program.
7. Transfer and changes
A position cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, or separately conveyed to another person or business. An individual holder's position stays with that individual. An entity holder's position stays with that legal entity. Replacing the authorized representative of an entity holder requires our review and does not move the position to a different entity. Termsify may change future cohorts, prices, and plans, but will not retroactively remove the 50% benefit or protected-pause promise for an existing Partner except as expressly allowed in these Terms or required by law. If an eligible plan is renamed or replaced with a substantially equivalent subscription plan, the discount will apply to that successor plan's then-current list price.
8. Communications and account records
We will send enrollment confirmations and essential program notices to the email you provide. You must keep your contact information current. Marketing messages remain optional and can be unsubscribed from separately. Personal information is handled under our Marketing Privacy Policy and, once you create a marketplace account, the applicable product privacy policy.
9. Disputes and legal terms
Idaho law governs these Terms, without applying conflict-of-law rules, except where another law gives you rights that cannot be waived. Any lawsuit arising from these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Ada County, Idaho, unless applicable law requires another forum. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the extent allowed by law.
